Kuakata, Patuakhali, Sea Beach of Bangladesh
Bangladesh is a country of beauty; there are many
obscure and famous tourist places to visit here. There is only one beach in
South Asia where sunrise and sunset are seen together. It is one of the top

History of Kuakata
Kuakata is the most charming sea beach of Bangladesh
and tourism center in southwest Bangladesh. Tourism center Kuakata is situated
in Patuakhali district. Kuakata as the beach is unique because of the sunrise
and sunset both at the same place.
The name kuakata is derived from the word
"kua" or "coup". We are less familiar with the word coup or
kua, which is a hole especially from which water is lifted. By the Mughal
Empire in the eighteenth century, when the Rakhines were stranded from Arakan
or presently Myanmar, they started living in this region. But due to the ocean
coast, there was excessive salt water.
Then Rakhains need sweet water. In this
situation, they started digging several wells for their own needs. One stage is
the name of the region, Kuakata and now this is the top attractions in the world
and a big tourism center.
How to go to Kuakata
Several buses from Dhaka are now directly gone to
Kuakata. In addition to Sakura transport from Dhaka, the buses of BRTC
Paribahan went directly to Kauka. If you travel in these buses you will get 200
meters away from Kuakata beach. It takes a total of 12/13 hours to go from
Dhaka to Kuakata bus.

hotel information from them. If you prefer to visit the hotel room by yourself,
then take it. Do not pay the money in advance to the brokers.
You can find many hotels, motels, and bungalows on
the side of the road along the tourism center Kuakata beach and on the main
road. You can jump in any one of your options. There are about 50/60 people in
the hotel and motels of the enterprises.
In these hotels and motels of the
tourism center Kuakata, the rent ranges from 150 to 2000 taka. There are also
two official resthouses from the LGED Ministry. Government officials can get in
